Our only Welsh ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ท๓ ฌ๓ ณ๓ ฟ driver ๐ป and one of lifeโs good guys. When Iโm done and retired ๐ฐ Terry is the kind of bloke Iโll look back on and think โIโm really glad I met him!โ.
Unfortunately, I canโt take credit for his recruitment as he was here when I arrived but what, a, find! ๐
I have never been around him when he isnโt smiling ๐ or laughing ๐. Nothing is ever too much, and is a total joy. If I could clone Terry, I would.

A Lithuanian ๐ฑ๐น legend! I always remember his induction as such an enjoyable few hours, ๐swapping stories on cultures, understanding his motives to live in England ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ, just generally educating ๐ each other on each other.
Heโs a really warm person and has an infectious enthusiasm for his job, his family and BBQโs.

I call him โThe Jacketโ because Jeff came to see us for interview over 4 years ago and was immaculately dressed (he also smelt like a meadow). Itโs since come to light that he had an impressive collection of bespoke fitted clothing. ๐งฅ๐๐๐๐ฅผ
Now, appearence isnโt everything, we prefer to get to know the person. Whether they turn up in a high viz ๐ฆบ and covered in 5th wheel grease ๐ข๏ธ or a two button double vented banger, itโs all the same.
However, Jeff looked the part that day and he continues to impress out on the road too ๐ฃ๏ธAnother fine example of the team here.
